Özet: İnşaat işleri, bünyesinde çok farklı riskler barındıran bir
faaliyettir. Bu risklerden birisinin gerçekleşmesi durumunda bile,
çoğu zaman, karşılanması imkânsız zararlar meydana geleceğinden
müteahhitler, muhtemel risklerini güvence altına almak isterler. Bu
amaçla uygulamada, “İnşaat Bütün Riskler Sigortası” geliştirilmiştir.
Genel olarak inşaat sigortası, teminat müddeti içinde ve inşaat sahasında bulunduğu sırada, önceden bilinmeyen ve ani bir sebeple
meydana gelen zararı tazmin eder.

Abstract: The construction works is an activity that includes
very different risks. When one of the risks occurs, usually, the contractor cannot pay damages. Therefore, contractors want to secure these risks. In practice, “Constructions’ All Risks Insurance” has been developed. In general, construction insurance is an insurance that compensate the damages which occur in the warranty period, in the construction site and caused by unpredicted reason.
